Dave Bettin joined RGS as a Strategic Services Consultant in the Public Safety service group in 2020. Prior to joining RGS, Dave had over thirty years in law enforcement. He is an expert investigator and security consultant. For over ten years, he has been the owner/investigator of a private investigation firm. Dave has been an adjunct professor for thirty-four years; he is an accomplished trainer in all aspects of law enforcement with knowledge of computer operations and investigations.
Dave is a licensed California Private Investigator and has both a POST Supervisory Certificate and a California Limited Teaching Credential.
Outside of work, Dave likes to travel, camp, ride his bike, and play golf.
