Erin Lagourgue joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Human Resources service group in 2016. Erin specializes in providing investigation services for RGS partner agencies, with a strong focus on workplace investigations.
Erin is a seasoned investigator with more than twenty years of experience in both the private and public sectors as well as over ten years of experience serving as a police officer. She is an expert at performing confidential, complex, fact-finding investigations.
Erin is an Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH), licensed Private Investigator, and held an Advanced P.O.S.T. certificate as a police officer.
Outside of work, Erin travels with her family and they all enjoy active sports including skiing, biking, paddle boarding, and soccer. She is also a trustee for her local school board and sits as a director on mutual water system board of directors.
