FinanceGlenn Lazof joined RGS as a Strategic Services Consultant in 2011 and is the Lead Advisor for the Finance service group. Glenn has served the agency internally as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and has provided management-level transitional and project management services to many partner agencies.
Glenn has over thirty-six years’ experience as a financial administrator and contracts manager. He has served as County Assistant Chief Fiscal Officer and as General Manager of a special district. As the Finance and Contract Manager for a large statewide Joint Powers Authority, Glenn coordinated fiscal management with thirty-nine counties as well as numerous accountants and state and federal officials.
Glenn has a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Outside of work, Glenn loves the outdoors. He lives on a boat in the California Delta half the year.
