Linda joined the JPAs in 2014 and is responsible for overseeing the JPA’s Recruitment Team consisting of a group of experienced Human Resources professionals which provides recruiting support to onsite Human Resources staff and our partner agencies enabling them to focus on critical issues and maximize their effectiveness in the agencies they serve.  The JPA’s Recruitment Team leverages its combined experience and best practices to promote consistent, cost-effective recruitments that generate positive results for our partner agencies.

Linda also serves as the JPA Wellness Program Leader and provides project management, human resources and risk management support services to our partner agencies.

Prior to joining the JPAs, Linda had over 14 years of experience in local government where she was a Management Analyst, Housing & Redevelopment Manager and Economic Development Manager.  Linda has an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Dominican University of California and a BA in Business Administration with a Minor in Economics from Sonoma State University.  Linda has a Leadership Certificate from the Institute of Leadership Studies at Dominican University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from Sonoma State University.
