Project Management
Marc Klemencic joined RGS as a Strategic Services Consultant in the Emergency Management service group in 2017. The primary scope of Marc’s work has been preparing joint emergency action plans for several partner agencies.
Marc has over thirty years of professional experience in civil engineering positions for public agencies including executive management. In his career, he has provided project management and supervision for numerous flood control and flood protection areas, water supply and has managed watershed operations, environmental stewardship, emergency operations, health and safety, asset management, and ordinance administration.
Marc has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys serving as the head coach for high school cross country and track and field teams.
