Steven C. Flint

Steve Flint joined RGS as a Strategic Services Consultat in the Land Use Planning and Regulatory Service group in 2013. He is currently serving as the service group’s Lead Advisor. Steve provides land use planning, regulatory guidance, and support services to cities, counties, and special districts and directs the assignment of planning advisors in the review and processing of development plans, subdivisions, and other entitlements.

Steve has over thirty-five years of practical planning experience having served in both the private and public sectors. As a public official, he has served as a principal planner and a planning director as well as a planning commissioner and a board member of the local water district. As a consultant, he has provided contract staff support and management services to many cities and counties throughout the state.

Steve has a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture.

Outside of work, Steve’s interests include soccer, golf, snow skiing, sailing and scuba diving. He has travelled extensively in the Caribbean, South Pacific and Asia and is currently planning more trips.
