Finance
Tina McKenney joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Finance services group in 2019. She provides a full range of financial and accounting services for RGS partner agencies. Tina has had over twenty years of service in public agencies. She has had direct responsibilities for all aspects of finance, for example, agency budgets and financial audits, revenue and expense analysis, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports and payroll. She has prepared staff reports for both city councils and county board of supervisors.
Tina has a bachelor’s degree in business administration/accounting.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and family, and reading.
