Tina White joined RGS in 2019 as a Senior Advisor in the Human Resources service group. Having served in professional municipal and legal administration positions for twenty-eight years, she is well prepared to provide consulting services in a wide variety of functional areas. Tina has over eighteen years of management experience in the public sector including serving as city manager. Her professional experience also includes administering a city budget department, negotiating labor agreements and managing labor relations, coordinating department reorganizations, and updating city policies and procedures. She has negotiated real estate agreements and contracts, implemented new software programs, and managed finance, water and sewer billing and collections, human resources, risk management, and information technology for the agency.
Tina has a bachelor’s degree in public administration.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys hiking, gardening and other outdoor activities. Additionally, she continues to contribute to local government by mentoring and coaching managers and leaders as well as serving on the board of her local Friends of the Library.
