Andrea Russell joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Human Resources service group specializing in recruitment in 2021. Andrea provides recruitment and selection services for many RGS partner agencies ranging from entry-level to public safety and executive positions.
Andrea has over ten years of professional experience in the public sector in both municipal and county government. Her areas of expertise include recruitment and selection and classification and compensation. She is an expert NEOGOV user.
Andrea has a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in psychology. She has a master’s degree in human resources.
Outside of work, Andrea loves to spend time with family and bake cookies.
