Annie Chin joined RGS in 2017 as a Human Resources Coordinator. Annie has over 10 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with public sector agencies. She has expertise in disability management and coordination for employers. Annie is knowledgeable in the reasonable accommodation process for compliance with the Americans Disability Act (ADA), the California Fair Housing and Employment Act (FEHA) and Workers’ Compensation.
Annie also has significant experience in Leave of Absence management and coordination such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), and the California Pregnancy Disability Act (PDL). Additional skills are performance management for employees and coaching for management.
Annie has a Master of Arts degree in Human and Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Leadership and Education from Hope University.
