Annie Kavanagh has worked in human resources for twenty years, and is an expert in quality of life issues, employee assistance, coaching, clarity, and organization development. As an HR generalist, she is adept at helping organizations and individuals develop and grow.
Annie Kavanagh joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Human Resources service group in 2012. She provides professional human resources services such as organizational change management, policy development, classification and compensation studies, benefits administration, and recruitment. In addition, she has joined the Training and Development team, serving as a virtual trainer for the Leadership Academy during the pandemic, developing varied curriculum, and also serving as a management coach.
Annie has twenty-five years’ experience in human resources and organizational leadership in both the private and public sectors. As the human resources director for three small organizations, she has been a human resources generalist for her entire career. She is adept at helping organizations and individuals develop and grow.
Annie has a bachelor’s degree in therapeutic recreation and leisure services and a certificate in employee assistance.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys dancing, swimming, gardening, and taking care of a menagerie of rescued animals.
