Communications & EngagementAshley Metzger joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Strategic Services Consultant in the Communications and Engagement Service Group in 2022. She has extensive professional experience in strategic communications and branding, community and legislative affairs, board relations and strategy, media relations, project and program management, water conservation and water resource planning.
Ashley holds a master’s degree in politics and a bachelor’s degree in government and economics. She has served as the vice chair of the Public Affairs Committee in the National Water Resources Association (NWRA) and vice chair of the Communications Committee in the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA).
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys biking and hiking with her husband and sons when the weather cooperates (and reading when it doesn’t).
