Human ResourcesBarbara Duncan joined RGS as an Advisor in the Human Resources Services group in 2018. She provides generalist H.R. services as well as expert recruitment and selection services to RGS partner agencies.
Barbara has over thirty-five years of human resources and management experience in the public and private sectors. Her areas of expertise include supervision, recruiting and selection, employee relations, performance management, personnel investigations, discipline, classification and compensation, benefits administration, labor issues, policies and procedures, legal compliance, leave management, program management, and training.
Barbara has a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with an emphasis in English, history, and psychology.
Outside of work, Barbara enjoys reading, cooking, baking, gardening, and spending time with friends.
