The ability to create and effect functional and strategic level change within an organization has been Bobbi Bennett’s passion for more than 20 years. During her career in Human Resources within City and County governments, she has overseen centralized full service Human Resources departments that addressed recruitments, classification and compensation, benefits, worker’s compensation, performance management, discipline, employee relations, labor relations, labor negotiations, and training. Bobbi’s key skill is assisting all levels of an organization address complex matters to facilitate effective resolutions.
Bobbi joined RGS in 2015 as a Human Resources advisor. She has been a SHRM certified Professional in Human Resources Management (PHR) since 1997, is an IPMA Professional program trainer, and is a certified mediator. Additionally, Bobbi holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
