Bobbi Bennett joined RGS in 2015. She is currently the Human Resources Services Director. Bobbi oversees the human resources service teams, and manages projects as well as delivering direct HR services to many RGS partner agencies.
Creating and effecting functional and strategic level change within an organization has been Bobbi’s passion for more that twenty-five years. During her career in human resources, she has overseen centralized full-service HR departments. Her key skill is assisting all levels of an organization address complex matters to facilitate effective resolutions.
Bobbi has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology.
Outside of work, Bobbi spends time with family and friends, travels, and volunteers her time to local community groups.
