Carrie Rogers joined Regional Government Services as a Strategic Services Consultant in the Economic Development Service Group in 2023. Carrie has over thirty years’ experience in economic, community and workforce development, marketing and communications, strategic planning and business advisement throughout L.A. County, the nineteenth largest economy in the world. She has developed creative solutions to encourage business, investment and employment opportunities throughout L.A. County’s eighty-nine jurisdictions resulting in attracting and retaining hundreds of companies and 143,000 jobs with an economic impact of $8 Billion.

Carrie’s expertise has resulted in dozens of international, national and state economic development awards, and was recently honored for her economic development leadership with the California Association for Local Economic Development’s (CALED) 40 @ 40 Award. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration.

Outside of work, Carrie has raised thousands of dollars for causes close to her heart, enjoys hiking with her dog, traveling, playing Bunco, and spending time with family and friends.
