Human Resources
Christina Nygard joined RGS as a Project Coordinator in the Human Resources service group in 2018. In 2019, she joined the authority’s internal HR team and now provides onboarding, training, benefits administration, leave management, and policy interpretation for RGS.
Christina has over ten years of human resources and administrative experience in both county and municipal government agencies.
She has a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with a specialization in human resources management.
Outside of work, Christina is kept busy raising four school-aged children and helping run a small family-owned business. In her spare time, she enjoys music, gardening, and being outdoors.
