Chris Sliz joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Senior Advisor in the Training and Organizational Development Services group in 2015. She serves our partner agencies as both a trainer and organizational development consultant.
Chris is one of the core trainers for the RGS Leadership Academies and has delivered a broad range of leadership and interpersonal skills trainings and workshops for partner agencies.
Chris has an extensive background in organizational leadership and has facilitated strategic planning, led complex problem-solving sessions with multiple stakeholders, and mediated organizational conflicts.
Chris has a bachelor’s degree in human resources organizational behavior and an advanced certificate in organizational development.
When she’s not working, Chris likes to spend her time outside, swimming, biking, and running, often in triathlons.
