Christine Sliz has worked with a wide range of organizations in a number of different positions and loved every minute of it! Chris’ ability to build a quick rapport and communicate effectively allow her to have a lasting impact with clients.
Chris’ leadership skills have been honed in a broad range of positions: She was one of the first women to teach at the Coast Guard’s Leadership and Management School; she successfully facilitated complex and controversial meetings as a consultant; and, as the labor negotiator for a municipality during the last recession, Chris enlisted the cooperation of unions to provide salary concessions that significantly mitigated service reductions. In a municipal setting Chris has served in the positions of: Internal Organizational Development and Training Specialist, Administrative Services Officer and Employee Relations Manager.
Chris has a B.A. from the University of San Francisco and an Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development from Columbia University Teachers College.
