Debra Anderson joined RGS in 2017 as a Human Resources Project Manager. Debra has over 20 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources Management for public agencies. Debra has significant experience in Employee Relations and Labor Negotiations along with talent acquisition and recruitment. She is trained and certified as an Internal Investigator and in Negotiations. In addition to her experience and certifications, Debra has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Texas in Arlington.
