According to a 2016 Gallup poll 43% of the workforce works at home at least some of the time ( As you know, the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed that number up exponentially. Without missing a beat, in response to shelter-in-place mandates, many of your employees began working remotely without any prior telework experience. While some employees may have recently returned to work, many employees remain at home with mixed teams of onsite, field, and remote workers.

As a supervisor, who may have little experience yourself as a remote employee, it can feel like being thrown in the deep end of the pool without knowing how to swim. The purpose of this 90- minute webinar is to help supervisors and managers understand how to keep your team engaged and productive while working remotely.

RGS has been a virtual agency since its creation in 2002, so we know virtual teams can be just as effective as in-person, onsite teams. Additionally, we have been helping local government agencies transition their workforces to a remote/virtual presence in response to COVID-19 shelter in place orders.
