RGS Workshop: Impact of Remote/Hybrid Work on Local Government
Network and collaborate with other local government agencies on the future of remote/hybrid work!
The COVID pandemic fundamentally altered how local governments engaged with their workforces and customers. Now, agencies are navigating the response to workers and residents whose needs and expectations have shifted.
Regional Government Services (RGS) is hosting a workshop with city and special district executives from the RGS Executive Committee/Board of Directors and local government agencies, and senior RGS staff.
RGS’ Executive Committee requested this workshop to:
Explore how to build an effective culture that supports employee/community engagement and interaction
Generate ideas around various agency approaches. RGS will capture the workshop discussion
RGS Executive Committee/ Board Members include:
Dan Buckshi City Manager of Walnut Creek>
Liz Habkirk Assistant City Manager of Napa
