FinanceGlenn Lazof joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in 2011 and is the Lead Advisor for the Finance service group. Glenn has served the agency internally as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and has provided management-level transitional and project management services to many partner agencies.
Glenn has over thirty-six years’ experience as a financial administrator and contracts manager. He has served as County Assistant Chief Fiscal Officer and as General Manager of a special district. As the Finance and Contract Manager for a large statewide Joint Powers Authority, Glenn coordinated fiscal management with thirty-nine counties as well as numerous accountants and state and federal officials.
Glenn has a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Outside of work, Glenn loves the outdoors. He lives on a boat in the California Delta half the year.
