Harrison Tregenza (Harry) joined RGS in 2020 to serve as the clerk of the board for a groundwater sustainability agency. Prior to joining RGS, he served in administrative and deputy clerk positions at the Fort Ord Reuse Authority. Harrison is skilled in preparing and distributing agendas, resolutions, and meeting minutes as well as in conducting and managing public meetings including remote meetings. He is knowledgeable in Brown Act and Public Records Act requirements. Harrison is also adept at assisting agencies in developing and managing their administrative systems.
Harrison also has a broad range of political campaign financing and organizational experience, having served as Deputy Finance Director for two political campaigns.
Harrison has a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Outside of work, Harrison enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes, spending time with family and friends, and exploring all that his new home, San Diego, has to offer.
