Helena Munoz joined RGS as an Advisor in the Finance service group in 2020. Helena has over twelve years of experience in public sector payroll and accounts payable administration as both an employee and, including four years, as the owner of her own payroll services firm. She is an expert at running routine payroll reports and producing state and federal payroll documents as well as administering payroll for safety personnel. In addition, Helena has implemented new payroll and timekeeping packages and reconciled Family Medical Leave payroll issues.
Helena is a member of California Society of Municipal Finance Officers and American Payroll Association.
Outside of work, Helena enjoys traveling an spending time with her family.
