Jennifer Seibert

Jennifer Seibert joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Senior Advisor in the Finance services group in 2021. As an expert in focused benefits programs and payroll administration, Jennifer serves RGS partner agencies in support of both the Finance and Human Resources service lines.

Prior to joining RGS, Jennifer had over twenty years of experience as a human resources leader and manager in the public sector. Her areas of expertise include benefits administration, labor negotiations, employee relations, grievance investigations as well as human resources management.

Ms. Siebert has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys volunteering with local community-based organizations, visiting museums, as well as traveling and engaging with friends and family throughout the states and abroad.
