Jennifer Solito joined RGS in 2019 as a Human Resources Advisor. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience providing a wide range of Human Resources services for public agencies. Her work experience includes providing Risk Management services; participating in labor/union negotiations and employee disciplinary procedures. In addition, Jennifer has comprehensive benefit administration experience including leave of absence management for agencies.
She has assisted in agency budget development and has prepared reports for the Board of Supervisors. Jennifer has extensive knowledge of public sector employment law and the Civil Service Merit system.
Jennifer has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s degree in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, Fort Collins.
