Kay Randolph-Pollard joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Human Resources service group in 2016. Currently, as the Lead Advisor for the Recruitment services group, Kay leads a team of professional recruiters and administrative support staff to meet the whole range of recruitment and selection needs for RGS partner agencies as well as for the JPA.
Kay has over twenty-five years’ experience in human resources management. Her areas of expertise include merit and competency-based recruitment and selection, employment law, training, negotiation, and organizational development. Kay applies this experience to ensure that RGS recruitment services are professional and cost-effective.
Kay has a bachelor’s degree in business administration-personnel and industrial relations.
Outside of work, Kay can be found traveling to kayaking and hiking spots near and far, spending time with family and friends, and listening to live music.
