Her areas of expertise include merit and competency-based recruitment and selection, employment law, training, negotiation, and organizational development. Kay applies this experience to ensure that RGS recruitment services are professional and cost-effective.
Kay has a bachelor’s degree in business administration-personnel and industrial relations.
Outside of work, Kay can be found traveling to kayaking and hiking spots near and far, spending time with family and friends, and listening to live music.
