Kelly Bagley joined the RGS Finance service group in 2020 as a Senior Advisor. She has over twenty years of experience in office management and accounting in both the private and public sectors. For over eleven years, Kelly served as a payroll specialist and human resources assistant for a public agency and, in addition to overseeing payroll, she was responsible for processing and auditing other financial and statistical records. She is skilled at accounts payable and accounts receivable, employee benefits management, and year-end reporting.
Kelly is a Certified Payroll Professional.
Outside of work, Kelly is an avid dog lover and spends much of her free time competing in various events with her two Weimaraners. She also volunteers in her spare time for the Northern California Weimaraner Rescue group to help this amazing breed find the right homes.
