Kim Anderson joined RGS in 2019 as a Senior Advisor specializing in transportation planning and outreach. She has over twelve years of experience in public sector transportation planning and two decades as a real estate appraiser.
Kim has worked on habitat conservation planning and has managed airport land-use planning, Congestion Management Program (CMP), and Regional Transportation Impact Fee (RTIF) programs. She has led the development and implementation of Regional Transportation Plans (RTP), regional sustainability planning and studies, and managed the Census Data Center for a California public sector agency.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of California, Stanislaus. She is also one of 23 regional leaders in the inaugural cohort of the California Association of Regional Councils’ (CALCOG) California Academy for Regional Leaders.
