Kris Humphries

After 25 years of experience working for local government agencies, Kris Humphries joined Regional Government Services Authority as a human resources advisor in 2010. She has worked as a human resources professional at the local, county, regional, and state levels as well as with several consulting firms. Throughout her career, Kris has managed numerous projects, including classification and compensation studies, union negotiations and labor relations; recruitment, testing and selection; investigations, budgets, analysis and costing; employee benefits and payroll; risk and workers compensation.

Kris received a B.S. in Business and Public Administration from the University of Arizona and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Lewis & Clark College. Kris also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Development from the University of California, Davis.
