Kristiana joined RGS in 2017 as an Advisor. Kristiana has over eighteen years of public sector administrative experience, primarily in Human Resources and Risk Management administration. Kristiana has significant experience in many aspects of Human Resources and Risk Management administration including recruitment, pre-employment processes, benefit administration, and the preparation of Council staff reports. In Risk Management, Kristiana has been responsible for the administration of workers’ compensation and general liability claims for municipalities. She also has experience assisting with administrative work in the City Attorney’s office.
Kristiana has a Paralegal Certificate from Mira Costa Community College. She has made significant contributions to The Lopers Club, an all-volunteer not for profit organization focused on health, fitness, and wellness.
