Project Management
Marvin Rose joined RGS as a Strategic Services Consultant specializing in public works management in 2015. He provides high-level professional services for RGS partner agencies, for instance, by managing community development projects and serving in interim management roles during organizational transitions.
Marvin has over forty years of professional experience in public works with over twenty years’ experience serving as an executive manager in the public sector. His areas of expertise include design and construction of public infrastructure facilities, private development review and inspection, facilities management, water, sewer and storm water operations as well as capital project administration.
Marvin has a master’s degree in civil and structural engineering and is a registered engineer.
Outside of work, Marvin is a beekeeper providing honey to friends and family. He also enjoys traveling and DIY projects at home in the Carmel Valley including extensive garden and home improvements.
