Michelle Gillette joined RGS in 2021 as a Project Coordinator in the Disability and Leave Management services group. She provides on-call disability and leave management services for RGS partner agencies when a medical provider is treating an employee who is unable to work due to a temporary or permanent disability.
Prior to joining RGS, for the last fifteen years, Michelle has specialized in professional leadership in workers’ compensation, disability management, and workplace safety.
Michelle has a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She holds the California Self-Insurance Administrator’s Certificate and the Workers’ Compensation Claims Administrator’s Certificate.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world. She is looking forward to the time when they can go to the Greek islands.
