Mike Strella joined RGS in 2019 as an Advisor. Mike has over twelve years of experience in public sector Human Resources. His specific expertise includes recruitment services; classification and compensation; policy design and interpretation; onboarding and offboarding services; and conducting investigation interviews. Additionally, he is skilled in conflict resolution, performing layoff calculations, data analysis and report writing.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the California State University of Chico.
