Norma Alley joined RGS as an Advisor in 2022. She serves partner agencies by providing clerking services and managing public meeting agendas, packets, and public notices.
Norma has twenty-five years’ experience in executive administration in local government agencies. She has served as City Recorder, City Clerk, and Public Information Officer.
Norma has a bachelor’s degree in sociology and political science. She holds a Master Municipal Clerk Designation and a Local Government Management Certificate.
Outside of work, Norma enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She continues to further her education and professional certifications as well as teach at conferences.
