Rebecca Leifkes joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Project Advisor in the Finance Service Group in 2022. Having over twenty-five years’ experience in working with county and municipal jurisdictions throughout southern California, she has extensive experience in administering affordable housing and community block grant programs.
Outside of work, Rebecca loves spending time with family and friends and horseback riding n the hills on and near her home in Bear Valley Springs.
