Human Resources/NEOGOV Support
Richard Blut joined RGS in 2022 as a Senior Advisor for Human Resources Services. As a member of the RGS Recruitment Team, Richard is spearheading the NEOGOV implementation services as well as conducting executive recruitments for partner agencies.
Richard has over twenty years of leadership experience in large public organizations. He is an expert in all facets of human resources, employee engagement, customer experience, and systems automation. He has provided consulting and coaching to business leaders in many aspects of HR including best practices, methodologies, tools, organizational design, legal compliance, talent management, and compensation.
Richard has a bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in business administration.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys playing golf, running, going to the beach, and attending college and professional sporting events with his family.
