Roberto joined RGS in 2017 as a Strategic Services Consultant in Finance. Roberto has over thirty years of experience in government finance and administration with expertise in accounting, budgeting, purchasing, payroll and debt financing. His experience also includes employee development, Information Technology and Human Resources.
Roberto has negotiated and managed ERP system implementations; prepared and reviewed Requests for Proposals and prepared audit schedules. He has prepared State Controller Reports and served as Treasurer for a City and Redevelopment Agency. In addition, he has conducted cost analyses for labor negotiations and developed calculation costs for Capital Projects. Roberto has performed and supervised General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, collections and payroll.
Roberto has served as a Finance Officer and Finance Director for California municipalities. He attended California State University Fresno and studied General Education.
