The expectations of local government employees and the communities they serve have shifted significantly in the past few years in response to the global pandemic. To be effective and accomplish agency goals in this modern age, local government leaders must change their approach to work and ensure efforts align with community needs.

Our webinar series in November 2022, open to all leadership levels, consists of three 90-minute webinars designed to help leaders master remote/hybrid leadership to redefine how and what their teams can accomplish.

  • Webinar 1: Managing a Hybrid Workforce, Wednesday, November 2, 10:00am – 11:30am
