Steven Hancock joined RGS in 2017 as a Senior Advisor. Steven has over twenty years experience in an emergency management agency and disaster response organization and seven years as a first responder with experience through several federally declared major disasters. His knowledge, skills and experience includes comprehensive knowledge of emergency management principles and programs and experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of city, county and non-profit emergency management business programs and systems. Steven also has experience in identifying, developing, and stewarding government and non-government relationships and partnerships. He has demonstrated performance in leading and empowering a remote workforce responsible for implementing and complying with business and emergency management policies and programs and ensuring constant service delivery while maintaining effective partner relations and engagement.
Steven has a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Public Administration from San Diego State and completed the Emergency Management Independent Study Course Program through the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
