Tina McKenney joined RGS in 2019 as a Financial Advisor. Tina has over twenty years of experience in public sector agencies providing a full range of municipal financial services. Tina’s work experience of comprehensive services including the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for public agencies. She has had direct responsibility for preparation and oversight of agency budgets and financial audits. In addition, she has General Ledger experience; has performed Revenue and Expense analysis; and was responsible for Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and agency payroll. Tina has developed, and prepared staff reports for City Councils and the County Board of Supervisors.
Tina has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration/Accounting degree and has completed some class work towards a Master’s Degree in Business from National University of San Diego, California.
