Tom Graves joined RGS in 2019 as a Municipal Clerk Administration Advisor. Tom has over ten years of experience in municipal clerk administration for public sector agencies. His experience includes attending and recording City Council meetings and publishing meeting minutes, public notices, resolutions and ordinances. Tom has performed claims management and the public records request process for municipalities along with FPPC Disclosure Filings for Form 700’s and election financial disclosure forms. Tom well rounded experience in all aspects of municipal clerk administration. Tom has experience interacting with elected officials, the public and the press.
His education includes a Bachelor of Art degree in History from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Psychology from Cornell University. Tom’s is a certified Municipal Clerk (CMC), a Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) and a Notary Public.
