Tracey Lovely joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as an Advisor in the Finance Service Group in 2022. Having worked in accounting and finance in both municipal and private sector organizations for over twenty-one years, Tracey provides consulting services in all aspects of finance and accounting for RGS partner agencies.
Tracey holds a master’s degree in business administration. She is a certified California Municipal Treasurer, a certified Public Funds Administrator, and Public Funds Investment Manager.
Outside of work, Tracey is a grandmother of two boys ages 10 and 5 and two girls ages 8 and 8 months. Tracey enjoys traveling and boating in the Bay Area.
