Tricia Brady joined RGS in 2019 as a Human Resources Technical Advisor. Tricia has over ten years of experience in public sector Human Resources administration. Her experience includes recruitment and new employee onboarding. Tricia has conducted class and compensation studies and assisted with employee performance coaching and evaluations. In addition, she has assisted with workplace investigations.
Tricia has an Associates degree from Santa Rosa Junior College. She is certified through the Society of Human Resources and the Human Resources Certification Institute a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
