Yvonne Tudor joined RGS in 2106 as a Human Resources Advisor. With over 20 years of experience in public agencies, Yvonne has developed and implemented comprehensive Human Resources, Fiscal, and Procurement Programs resulting in operational efficiencies of large organizations, and developed and implemented policies and controls, which resulted in long-term fiscal stability for two large California public organizations. She successfully negotiated politically sensitive and complex contracts and trained managers and supervisors on human resources, planning and fiscal management aimed at preserving high levels of service with reduced funding resources. Yvonne has extensive executive and professional experience in large complex organizations.
Yvonne has a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and a Master of Public Administration degree from University of Southern California. She also is a certified in Labor-Management Relations through the University of Southern California.
