Human ResourcesSteve Harman joined RGS in 2013 as an Advisor for Human Resources. Steve has over twenty years of Human Resources Management experience at an executive level in public sector agencies. He has negotiated labor agreements with multiple bargaining units, developed comprehensive employee compensation policies, and managed department budgets. Steve has performed executive searches and has served as an expert witness in California and Federal courts. He has conducted compliance reviews for Human Resources’ policies and procedures.
Steve has a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of New Haven in Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin.
