Brad Gross joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as an Agency Executive serving as the Executive Director of the Richardson Bay Agency. Brad has extensive maritime knowledge and has built strong relationships in communities wherever he has worked.
For the past five years, Brad has served as the COO of S&B Marine Group, LLC, a team of professional consultants specializing in all aspects of waterfront, marina, and association management, and operations. As a team member, Brad served as Executive Director of the California Association of Harbor Masters and Port Captains, Inc.
Brad also has served as the Director of Dana Point Harbor in Orange County, overseeing two marinas, retail shops, maritime services, yacht clubs, and a nonprofit educational youth training center. He previously worked as the Harbor Master for the City and County of San Francisco.
Brad is a Certified Marina Manager and holds a US Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Credential.
Outside of work, Brad concentrates on spending time with his family, enjoys hiking with his black lab, spending time in his ocean-friendly garden, and is an avid surfer who enjoys old-school single-fin longboards.
