Economic Development
Denise Silva joined RGS as an Advisor in the Economic Development, Transparent Government, and Communications and Engagement Service Group in 2024. She has professional experience in strategic communications, branding, public affairs, and community development to advance sustainable practices, policies, and investments that support long-term economic growth across various sectors.
Denise holds a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Outside of work, Denise enjoys live music, sports (especially the LA Dodgers), taking up golf, and spending time with her family, friends, and CASA youth.
