Heather Ippoliti joined Regional Government Services as a Senior Advisor in the Finance Services Group. She has over twenty-five years’ experience in developing and implementing fiscal policy and controls, interpreting detailed analysis, and communicating complex financial data. Heather has led the divisions of finance, utility billing, human resources, payroll, contracts and risk management, corporation yard operations, information technology, and building and fleet maintenance. Currently, she serves RGS partner agencies by performing advance level finance professional services.
Heather has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with concentrations in accounting and finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Human Resources Management Certificate.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading fiction, hiking, and gardening.
