Heather Tannehill-Plamondon joined Regional Government Services (RGS) in 2022 as an Agency Executive serving the Marin Emergency Radio Authority (MERA).
MERA is a joint powers authority whose purpose is to operate a multijurisdictional and countywide public safety, public service, and emergency radio system.
Heather has over twenty-five years’ experience in public safety dispatching, emergency management, homeland security, and administration of county-wide communications.
She has a bachelor’s degree in administration of justice.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
