Indhira Dawkins-Gagnon joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Senior Advisor in the Training and Development Service Group in 2022. In addition to serving as an administrative manager in public agencies, she has extensive experience in delivering presentations and training in the areas of professional development, organizational development, and compliance.
Indhira holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Public Administration, a master’s degree in Public Administration and Finance, a Juris Doctorate, and is in the process of earning a Ph.D. in Leadership studies.
Outside of work and studies, Indhira enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, and traveling.
